Where psychology meets Soul: for curious minds,
creative beings, and deep thinkers.

Whether it’s burnout, identity change or high-functioning anxiety, we’ll focus on what’s happening in your life now, while staying curious about the deeper patterns underneath.

I bring my expertise with psychology, but I also trust your inner wisdom & encourage a partnership dynamic. We might use a combination of:

  • Parts work

  • EFT “tapping”

  • Career counselling & values work

  • Guided grounding meditation

  • Mindfulness-based approaches

  • Nature-informed therapy

  • Tarot image-based projective techniques

  • Practice assertive communication, or;

  • Simply reflect without making intensive processing the centre of the work.

A Little About Me

I am Laura Cohen.

I’m a psychospiritual “witchy” & integrative therapist. My practice weaves together clinical depth, intuition, body-based nervous system regulation and psychoeducation.

If you want to create a ritual for letting go, dig into poetry or mythology, reference books that best speak about your longings and inner world...If you want freedom to swear, be creative, explore your experience of Soul or your beliefs that feel 'unconventional"...we could be a good fit.

A core modality I use is Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT “tapping” that focuses on emotional processing.

We actually move things through; not just talk about them.

Whether you’re burned out, going through a life transition or exploring a new career path, I also bring in Internal Family Systems, Nature-informed therapy, and aspects of Jungian psychology that include guided imagery with tarot & oracle cards - not for prediction, but as reflective tools for self exploration.

The Soul-Care Course

A 6-week psychology-based journey to deepen intuition through Jungian, nature-based, and reflective practices.

Nurturing Your Intuitive Soul© is a mini-course for folks who want structured, guided work outside the therapy room. We use didactic learning, reflective tools, archetypal exploration, and practical exercises to help you reconnect with your authentic Self. 6 modules, self-paced, hands-on, online.

This course is psychoeducational in nature & for personal growth and not a replacement for therapy or 1:1 mental health support.

Why I’m Using EFT “Tapping” More in My Practice, and Why It Works

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), or “tapping,” is a powerful mind-body tool I’ve been integrating more with clients. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a distressing emotion, belief, or memory.

What does EFT Look Like?

This is a demonstration if what Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) could look like in session. This is not mental health advice or therapy. It’s for educational purposes only. If you’d like to learn more, book a free consult with me.
