- Licensed with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists as a Registered Counselling Therapist
- Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association
- 7 Years of career psychology and counselling therapy experience, specializing in Burnout Prevention, Career Identity, Workplace Mental Health, and Nature Therapy
- Trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - also known as "tapping".
- Certified in Nature-Informed Therapy & Wilderness First Aid
- Bilingual in both English and French, with basics in Spanish
- In 2024, Harvard Divinity School invited me to present for their Program for the Evolution of Spirituality conference
- Presented & Facilitated numerous workshops on nature therapy & mental health for various organizations including the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), Canadian Association for Physicians for the Environment (CAPE), Dalhousie University.
- Participated twice in 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats to deepen mindfulness and continue a regular meditation practice.
