But despite societal pressure to know exactly what you want to do and how to do it, many adults still struggle with this existential question. I want to help you better understand where you’ve come from and how you hope to experience your future.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology & have worked as a holistic therapist and Career Counsellor for several years, helping clients from all walks of life with the strategic and emotional parts of career decision-making. Whether it’s work stress or figuring out your career choice, I walk you through an evidence-based, tried & true process of career exploration.

With a heart-centered approach and the help of assessments, I provide a safe space and step-by-step strategy whereby I listen to your story so we can identify your unique values, strengths, personal qualities and interests. We then explore and research possibilities and consider reality factors as a jumping off point for inspired action. I’m a guide on your journey to help you find a life you love!
